CRICKET BANANA PROTEIN SHAKE




INGREDIENTS


20g cricket powder (or buffalo worm powder) – buy some here

1 frozen banana

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 tsp cinnamon 

150g natural yogurt 

100ml of milk



METHOD


A super simple one. 🙌


1. FREEZE BANANA 

Peel and slice the banana then stick it in a freezer. This is totally optional we justV like our shakes cold!


2. BLEND

Add all the ingredients into a blender and whizz it up!  

3. BE MORE ARNIE

Garnish with a mint if you're a fancy pants. Or down it in one go like Arnie would - your choice.
