CRICKET BANANA PROTEIN SHAKE

 
 
 
 

What

1 frozen banana

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 tsp cinnamon 

20g cricket powder

150g natural yogurt 

100ml of milk

 

How

A super simple one. 🙌

1. FREEZE BANANA
Peel and slice the banana then stick it in a freezer. This is totally optional we justV like our shakes cold!

2. BLEND
Add all the ingredients into a blender and whizz it up!  

3. BE MORE ARNIE
Garnish with a mint if you give a sh*t. Or down it in one go like Arnie for them gains- your choice.
